Dr. Troy M. Borst
SENIOR MINISTER
Troy is the full-time Senior Pastor at our church and has been in ministry since 1997 and has been serving the Lord full-time since 1999. He has served churches in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Florida, and now Indiana! He is passionate about preaching and Bible literacy. He and his wife Kelly have 3 adult children and have been married since 1998. You can find Kelly at Troy's side and leading women's Bible studies. Or watching Hockey.
You will find Troy volunteering at Pregancy Choices in Linton, announcing at EG Sports Games, and is always looking for ways to serve the community. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Communication at IVY Tech.

KRISTIAN BEASLEY
YOUTH MINISTER
Kristian is Cincinnati Christian Church's full-time Youth Minister.
Kristian and Lilly met in 2010 while attending Johnson University, in Knoxville, TN. They married in 2015 and moved to Tampa, Florida and served the community of Tampa until 2022 when they moved to Bloomfield.
Kristian and Lilly have two kids Elisha and Levi, who are four years apart. Their family loves serving the Lord together and are glad to be a part of the Eastern Greene Community!
MELANIE PRINCE
CHILDREN'S DIRECTOR
Melanie is our awesome Children's Director. She is married to Mike and they have 3 girls and their family is ever extending.
Melanie loves all the little children of the world and you will find her tirelessly working and serving to help the littlelest ones find and follow Jesus.

TAYETIM DAVIS
SECRETARY
Tayetim and her husband Tim have been married for 7 years and have 2 sons; Case and Judson.
Tayetim previously worked as an ER Nurse for 8 years and has been a stay at home mom since.
She currently works as the church secretary and coordinator of our Meal Ministry Program, which provides meals to church or community members in need. Tayetim has a passion for cooking and loves to serve others in that capacity.
You’ll probably find her planning or organizing something when she’s not chasing her boys around!
BAILEY GRATZER
CUSTODIAN
Bailey is from Owensburg, Indiana. She loves Jesus, Michael her husband, her family, her pup and cleanliness.
She is excited to be a part of the team at Cincinnati Christian Church!
CINCINNATI CHRISTIAN CHURCH is an independent Christian Church from the Restoration Movement in American Christianity.
Cincinnati Christian Church Structure:
CCC is led by pastors who have been ordained and called into full-time service by God and have been called/hired to serve CCC. There are also support staff that work on some day-to-day functions.

CCC is led by elders who love CCC and are willing to provide spiritual direction to the church. They are called upon to teach, pray, and serve the congregation. Elders also help in accountability for the ministers and are their direct oversight.
CCC is led by deacons and deaconesses who serve the more physical aspects of the church by helping in worship services, prepare communion, and maintain the facilities as well as many other ministry opportunities like overseeing missions spending and evangelistic events.
CCC also has a Board that is more the business leadership of the church and is made up of elders, deacons, deaconesses, and members of the church (at-large). They watch over the finances, approve decisions, and are general oversight for the church.
CCC has volunteer servants in many areas that lead such as small group leaders, ministry leaders, worship leaders, working with technology, maintenance, grounds keeping, special events, children, teens, adult studies, and many more areas.
